Join us and create an East Window with Rebecca Roberts Ceramics.

During this workshop you will br shown how to develop your design ideas from 2D into 3D. Using mark making tools we will explore and experiment with the properties of paper clay. There will be a selection of coloured slips to enhance images to create expression. The second half of this session will allow you to bring your design ideas into a final piece. As the sun shines through your finished window art, it will celebrate the translucency of the materials, your mark making and the overall identity of your East Window.

Becks began working with porcelain whilst on her degree in 2014, despite all it‘s idiosyncrasies she has fallen in love with the ‘diva’ and has been working with it ever since.

All work will be high fired within 3 weeks. Your work will be left unglazed so that the clays translucent qualities can shine.
